Message I'm still trying to figure that relationship out. Right now I'm just sticking to easy to measure plain turbos in Garrett's catalog that have a matched compressor/turbine.

I've noticed on the compressor maps in Garrett's catalog that most of them would seem to run out of flow way before the turbine wheel would. In other words, the turbine seems more than capable of maxxing the compressor out. Now if you mated a small turbine like a GT22 to a big compressor like a T4, I'm sure that would be a mismatch because the turbine would run out of flow way before the compressor reached its limit to its limit. But for a non-hybrid like a straight GT22 or a GT28R they should be matched pretty well.

How do I figure out the performance of hybrid turbos?

Thanks.
